The District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for improvements for construction of channel improvements, alluvial fan restoration, low-water road crossings and utility protection practices on federal lands in the Pipeline Fire burn and flood areas. The goal of the work is to reduce sediment sourcing and transport from destabilized channels and alluvial fan areas while restoring watershed hydraulic processes.
