The City is seeking proposals for an organization or business to schedule and/coordinate food and beverage vendors/food trucks for the 4th of July Carnique Event.

Questions relating to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”), the RFP attachments, the RFP procedures, the Project, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Amanda Chaney, Recreation Supervisor, at achaney@brentwoodca.gov by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”), June 11, 2023.

Proposals must be received by the City by or before June 14, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
