SCOPE OF WORK:

The work generally consists of mobilization, removal of and disposal of existing Cooling Tower System and related appurtenances, furnish and installation of new Cooling Tower System and related work, and all other incidental work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and applicable Building Codes.

LOCATION OF WORK:

The work to be constructed hereunder is located at the Laguna Hills Civic Center, 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

JOB WALK:

An optional opportunity to visit the site and access the mechanical yard of the Civic Center will be available only on October 12, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. See the receptionist for directions to access the mechanical yard.
