The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services ("DHS") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to utilize an allocation of DHS' portion of County's ARP Funds to fund COVID 19 Environmental Housekeeping Services for County's Integrated Correctional Health Services in order to assist the County in its efforts to provide a safe and sanitary environment within correctional facilities impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic. Any additional services requested by County will be provided in accordance with the terms of the agreement ("Agreement") resulting from this RFP.
