| Project Description: | This is a turnkey project that includes, but is not limited to the items described here. See the drawings and specifications for the full scope of work. The Contractor shall replace the existing Simplex fire alarm system with a new Notifier NFS2-3030, replace all the existing initiating and notification devices, and provide all the required equipment, and devices as shown on the contract drawings. The price shall include any new conduit and wiring, installation, demolition of old equipment and devices, non-used existing conduit and wiring, engineering, permitting, plan review, all permit, plan review and inspection fees, field supervision, programming, pre-testing, final testing, profit, and overhead. The Marin County Jail Onyx Notifier addressable fire alarm system will provide reporting to the Onyx Notifier system in the adjacent building at 3501 Civic Center Drive. |
