The County of Placer is soliciting proposals for from qualified firms to provide Housing Coordination Services. Placer County seeks a qualified firm with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide housing coordination services to individuals who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or low income. The selected firm will assist applicants; identify, recruit, and retain landlords; and collaborate with the local housing authority, local agency case managers, landlords, and property management companies. This RFP will result in the award of one contract to be effective for an initial term of approximately two (2) years, with an option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods, at the County’s discretion. |

Pre-Proposal Conference
|
A proposer’s conference has been scheduled for October 11, 2022 at 11:00 am. Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP. Placer County is committed to public participation in county government in a manner that is consistent with local, state, and federal health and safety guidelines. Therefore, this meeting will be held using Microsoft Teams. Instructions for joining the meeting are contained in the RFP (see Attachment A, Section 3.0).
