Lower Secline Water Quality Improvement Project - Rebid

Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the Lower Secline Water Quality Improvement Project, BID NO. 20379, F.A.G. No. 19-DG-11051900-022 - Rebid of BID NO.20271. The watershed improvement project consists of drainage conveyance, stabilization, revegetation, road runoff treatment and paving in the Kings Beach area and other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or these Special Provisions.

The engineer's estimate for the work will be: $657,757.

The number of working days for this project is 45.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.

Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class A license Engineering Contractor License issued by the State of California or a combination of the following classes: C-8 Concrete Contractor, C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor, C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control, C-32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor, D-42 Sign Installation Contractor, D-56 Trenching Contractor, D-63 Construction Cleanup Contractor, and all other classes required by the categories and types of work included in this contract at the time of the bid award. The Contractor shall be properly licensed from contract award through Contract acceptance.

Submission of Proposals: Bids must be received by the County prior to the hour and date of the bid opening. Bids shall be submitted to the bids&tenders™ website.

The opening of the bids will be conducted via Microsoft Teams immediately after the bid Closing Date and time. Any bids received after the bid Closing Date and time specified shall be returned unopened.
