Annual Roofing Services

Bids are being solicited by the County of Placer for an Annual Roofing Services Contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary to install new roofs and repair and / or remove existing roofs on an as-needed basis. It is anticipated that asbestos removal workers will be utilized for roofing tear-off only on those roof areas that have been identified as containing asbestos.

A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis in the maximum amount of $250,000.00 for an approximate one-year term with possible annual renewals. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or hours of services to be procured during the term of the resulting agreement.

The Scope of Work for this Contract will be determined by the Detailed Scopes of Work issued in connection with individual Job Orders. The County will provide a Scope of Work and request a Price Proposal for each project to be performed under the Annual Contract.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
