The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide independent audit services. Services will include, but will not be limited to, audit the County’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), perform a Single Audit of the County’s federal award programs, perform agreed-upon procedures of the County’s Annual Appropriations Limit calculation, perform audits of various County funds, special districts, JPAs and other regulatory requirements, and perform examination the County Treasurer’s assertion of compliance to California Government Code and County’s investment policy. The County intends to award a contract to a single firm for all of the services described herein. The resulting contract will be effective for a 3-year period, with an option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods, at the County’s discretion. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal. |
