Project Summary:
The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants interested in performing ad hoc material testing services for Mesa County’s Transportation Capital projects over a 12 month period. If the successful bidder is in agreement, the signed and approved agreement is eligible for three consecutive annual renewals, pending Mesa County staff review and recommendation for continuation of the yearly on-call contract. Renewals are also pending Board of County Commissioners approval based upon existing budget funding available during the out years.
