The City of Norwalk Public Works Department (Norwalk DPW) is soliciting qualifications from experienced consulting firms to assist in achieving compliance with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s (CTDEEP) General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 General Permit). The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
