The Town of Groton Department of Public Works is soliciting Statements of Qualification from professional engineering firms to provide On-Call Wastewater Engineering Services. These services will be relative to the operation of the Water Pollution Control Facility and associated systems. The Town's Water Pollution Control Facility is a permitted 7.5 MGD secondary treatment system. The collection system consists of 136 miles of pipe and 22 pump stations.
