Due Date : 1/26/2023 2:00 PM Scope: The City of Palm Coast is requesting proposals from Florida State Licensed General Contractors for construction work at our existing City Hall Building located at 160 Lake Avenue, Palm Coast, Florida. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Human Resources Department: Partition modifications, acoustical ceiling panel modifications, new millwork installation, door / interior window modifications and associated electrical, mechanical and fire protection modifications.
Building Department: Partition modifications and associated electrical, mechanical and fire protection modifications.
Administration: Partition modifications, acoustical ceiling panel modifications, new millwork installation, door / interior window modifications and associated electrical, mechanical and fire protection modifications.
