ST. ANDREWS PARKING LOTS PROJECT INVITATION FOR BIDS NO. PC23-020 CITY OF PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA

The City of Panama City, Florida (Owner), through the City’s Public Works Department seeks bids for the construction of the PC23-020 St. Andrews Parking Lots Project. The scope of the project will include paving three existing unpaved parking lots with asphaltic-concrete paving and adding stormwater treatment facilities (two exfiltration systems and one dry-retention pond) to these parking lots which currently have no stormwater treatment facilities as shown in the plan set. The parking lots are at the following locations: 2715-2717 West 10th Street (exfiltration system, site is called Oaks by the Bay Park); Bay County Parcel ID 30035-000-000 also on West 10th Street (exfiltration system); and Bay County Parcel ID 30014-010-000 on Bayview Avenue (dry-retention system).

Bids for this project will be received by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida, 32401, until Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., CT by submitting online through the City of Panama City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 10 by the Selection Committee, who will then evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and will make a recommendation of award.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. CT in Room 10 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401.
