PUSH BUTTON MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, & MINOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The City of Panama City, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida (“City”), will be receiving sealed bids for the Push Button Maintenance, Repair, & Minor Construction Services in the City of Panama City until 2:00 PM CT on Monday, October 17th, 2022, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 10.

The complete Invitation to Bid (ITB), including all specifications and bid forms, may be obtained by bona fide bidders upon application at the Purchasing Division Office, room 238, City Hall, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401, or from the City website at: www.panamacity.gov

A Voluntary Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM CT at the City of Panama City Public Works Department, Lower Level, Room 10, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of bids.

Sealed bid envelopes should be marked “ITB #PC22-048 PUSH BUTTON MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, & MINOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES” The City of Panama City shall accept the bid of the responsible bidder that best meets the needs of the City, taking into consideration, among other things, the financial responsibility of the bidder, capability to perform the contract on a timely basis, previous satisfactory performance, and such other abilities of the bidder that the City, in its sole discretion, determines will enable the bidder to perform effectively and efficiently.

The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this ITB. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to solicit and re-advertise for new Bid submittals or to abandon the project in its entirety.
