General Notice: City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Carl Gray Park Improvements Phase 2 City of Panama City Project No. PC23-010
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Friday, May 5, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be taken to Room 010 and will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of re-constructing Carl Gray Park and includes new restrooms, pavilions, sidewalks, playgrounds, landscaping, irrigation, minor paving, associated hardscape and other associated amenities.
The Project has an expected duration of 270 days.
