Sealed bids for Maintaining Multi-Use Path and Right of Way-2020 will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County."
BID CLOSES: April 13, 2020, at 9:00 AM local time and will open immediately thereafter.
Interested Bidders must be pre-qualified to submit a bid for this service. Deadline to submit your pre-qualification form is March 13, 2020, no later than 10:00AM local time. Pre-Qualification forms can be emailed to Glyndol Johnson, Purchasing Agent, johglyndol@co.walton.fl.us

Bidders who are found qualified will be notified by email no later than March 19, 2020. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid.
MANDATORY PRE-BID: A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at the TDC Beach Operations Conference Room located at 924 S. County Hwy 83, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, on
March 25, 2020, at 9:00AM local time.
Bidders arriving after 9:00AM will be allowed to stay for the conference, but will NOT be allowed to submit a bid.
All questions are to be directed in writing to the County Purchasing Agent. Questions must be sumbitted to Purchasing no later than 12:00 Noon on March 31, 2020.
DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER COUNTY STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER, OR ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED.
BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEILVERY OF ITS BID. BID RECEIVED AFTER SAID DATE AND TIME SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED ON FRIDAYS AND IS NOT A GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT FEDEX DELIVERY LOCATION.
To be considered, bidder must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of their bid, along with any required bid bonds to the Office of Central Purchasing, 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
