Somersby Pointe Roadway and Drainage Improvements Project

The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the performance of all project coordination necessary to improve stormwater drainage and roadway improvements in the Somersby Pointe Subdivision. The stormwater drainage improvement construction and roadway construction includes, but is not limited to, erosion and sediment control measures, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway improvements, concrete channel construction, installation of new drainage piping, structures, and junctions. Water and sanitary sewer infrastructure adjustments and conflict resolutions are anticipated with the project. The water and sanitary sewer improvements will be in accordance to JWSC standards. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.
