The Gordon County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed written Bids from qualified vendors to purchase copiers for Gordon County.

The purpose is to purchase digital copiers (estimated to be 30 to 35) and to have monthly maintenance for the lifetime of the machines. We are asking that the monthly maintenance not be increased for the first 5 years and not more than ten percent a year for the remaining lifetime of the machine. Our current brand is Canon. Multiple bids may be submitted using different copier manufactures per vendor. The machines will primarily be multi-function copiers but may have other features; thus standard Multi Function Printers may not be the best fit for this application.
