AUGMENTED STAFFING SERVICES FOR CDL DRIVERS

Hall County, Georgia, is soliciting bid proposals from qualified Staffing Service providers for CDL Drivers to operate County owned equipment for use at the Landfill, Recycling Center and Compactor sites located in the County. Hall County intends to award one (1) staffing company a multi-year contract.

Anticipated Start Date: 03/01/2023

Purpose: Hall County, Georgia (herein “County”) seeks to augment its staff with CDL drivers licensed in in the State of Georgia. The staffing company chosen will provide drivers to be at the direction of the Landfill Director.

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified staffing firms for Augmented Staffing Services for CDL Drivers (herein ‘Services’). Bids will be received by Hall County, Georgia in the Purchasing Department located on the fourth (4 ^th ) floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, on January 26, 2023, no later than 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, or equally digitally by the same time and date. Digital bids also require two (2) envelopes, as well and similarly, Purchasing will open in like manner.

Public Reading : Purchasing will open and publicly read all submitted proposals on the date, time and address above. Purchasing will make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted.

Proposal Documents: Click on ‘Request a Bid Package’, fill out the requested information, click ‘Submit’, and a bid package will be sent to you via email.

Firms must submit three (3) copies of their proposal; one (1) of which must be marked as Original, one (1) marked as Copy and one (1) electronic USB drive. We also request proposals be sent in a sealed envelope or a box clearly marked with RFQ/P #43-043 AUGMENTED STAFFING SERVICES FOR CDL DRIVERS. Qualifications must be in a sealed envelope and cost in a separate sealed envelope. Digital responses must also have qualifications separated from cost.
