REVISED TIMES & LOCATIONS FOR

SIX (6) MANDATORY SITE VISITS

Back-Up Day Scheduled for Thursday, November 3rd, 2022

The County will hold a second day of Mandatory Pre-Bid Site-Visits for Thursday, November 3 ^rd , 2002. Bidders who attended the site visits on Wednesday, November 2 ^nd , are not required to revisit the sites. Each County complex has two areas each to service for a total of six (6) areas to be visited. All potential bidders must attend all six (6) site visits as outlined below.

SITE VISIT #1: THE HALL COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER COMPLEX & THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER.

8:00am – 9:00am

County representatives will meet contractors in the Lobby, 1 ^st Floor, at The Hall County Government Center Complex located at 2875 Browns Bridge Rd., Gainesville, GA. The Buildings & Maintenance Supervisor and the Purchasing Manager will greet bidders there and walk the site with the contractors. Upon completion of this site visit, interested bidders will then walk with the host to the Law Enforcement Center located at 2859 Browns Bridge Rd., Gainesville, GA. Contractors are strongly encouraged to be on time and bring business cards. A sign-in sheet will be available, and any questions will be recorded and made public.

SITE VISIT #2: HALL COUNTY COURTHOUSE PARKING DECK AND COURTHOUSE ANNEX. 9:30am – 10:30am

The same County representatives will meet contractors outside between the Hall County Courthouse and Annex in the Kenyon Plaza Located at 225 Green St, Gainesville. GA

SITE VISIT #3: DISTRICT II HEALTH OFFICE AND THE HALL COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT 11:00am – 12:00am

The same County representatives will meet contractors outside the entrance to the Health Department located at 1290 Athens St. Gainesville, GA.
