REQUEST A BID PACKAGE
Hall County, Georgia, is soliciting bids from qualified Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Billing and Collection Service providers (herein ‘Contractor’) for a turn-key solution for our Fire Rescue Emergency Medical Services Division to recover expenditures for ambulance trips and emergency services (herein ‘Services’).
Purpose: Hall County, Georgia (herein “County”) desires a first-class US based firm to manage the billing and collection of rendered EMS services. Services are mostly performed for Hall County residents and thus a professional and courteous approach is paramount to our success.
Executive Summary: EMS is a system that provides emergency medical care. Once it is activated by an incident that causes serious illness or injury, the focus of EMS is emergency medical care of the patient(s). Contractor must be able to abstract from documentation received from the County and diagnosis information necessary to determine the level and type of service provided, any billable diagnostic and therapeutic procedures performed, any billable supplies and ancillary services rendered, and the appropriate diagnosis codes to be billed for all ambulance run information provide.

Qualifications:

Contractor must be experienced in providing EMS Ambulance Billing and Accounts Receivables for the purpose of collections for the County.
