Grounds Keeping and Lawn Maintenance

Purpose: Hall County, Georgia, (herein “County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Grounds Keeping and Lawn Maintenance Service providers to service six (6) separate facilities owned by the County. Hall County intends to award all facility locations as one contract to one service provider on a multi-year contract basis.

Executive Summary: The County desires a first-class and well maintained lawn appearance around its facilities and is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced grounds keeping and lawn care maintenance companies for the facilities as described in RFQ/P #43-013.

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals to RFQ/P#43-013 and will be received by the County in the Purchasing Department located on the 4 ^th floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, Thursday, November 10 ^th , 2022 until 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Bids received after 2:00 pm EST will not be evaluated for an award.

Public Reading: All submitting firm’s proposals will be opened and publicly read on the date and at the address above. Any extension of the bidding period will be made by a formal written addendum and publically posted.
