Question #1: Where can we find the plans and documents for this bid?
Answer #1: Accessing Proposal Documents: Proposal submittal documents may also be obtained by going to the County’s Bids & Proposals website at
http://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx
, then select the bid titled ‘Abatement of Nuisance Properties and Demolition of County Owned Properties’, click on ‘Request a Bid Package’, fill out the requested information, click ‘Submit’, and this will send an automatic request to the purchasing office. This is the only official release site for this request for proposals or any addenda that may be issued for same.

Question #2: How do I get the plans for this project?
Answer #2: Please see answer to Questions #1.
Question #3:
Is this the same as the contract that was renewed and
extended to 2023, attached?
Answer: #3: Similar, but expanded. I’d read the whole solicitation and prepare a whole new proposal.
Question #4: Trying to find out if there are any addendum or questions submitted?
Answer #4: Yes, please see Addendum #001 (this document).
Question #5: Your RFQ/P section 5.0, A-I provides the format for your proposal, but you also have Exhibit E, Mandatory Scored Questions/Responses? Which one do you want?
Answer #5: We see [section] 5.0 Content and Format of Proposals and the Mandatory Scored Questions as separate requirements. Although we realize that some responses may be duplicated on both. This is allowable.
The Mandatory Scored Questions are the only requirements that will be Evaluated and Scored, along with the Cost Proposal.
5.0 Content and Format of Proposals
responses will not be scored by the Evaluation Committee.
