Design/Build Services for a Passive Recreational Park on Butler’s Bridge Road
Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified Design/Build teams to design a passive recreational park on Butler’s Bridge Road. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
RFPs will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on March 8, 2023. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.
RFPs may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
