Sanitary Sewer Rehab 2022 CIPP Project

Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the Catoosa County Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation 2022 CIPP Project will be received by the Owner at Ringgold City Hall, 150 Tennessee Street, Ringgold, GA 30736, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, October 27, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.The Project consists of the following major elements: 3,000 feet of 15 inch CIPP, 675 feet of 12 inch CIPP, 1,140 feet of 10 inch CIPP, 4,710 feet of 8 inch CIPP, 170 feet of 6 inch CIPP, and 105 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation.
Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications, including bidding documents and requirements and Contract Drawings may be examined at the offices of the Engineer, CTI Engineers, Inc., 1122 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, TN 37402 (phone 423/267-7613, fax 423/267-0603, www.ctiengr.com). Copies may be obtained there upon payment of $100 for each set. This payment is not refundable. A Bid Bond of 5% of the total project cost is to be included in the proposal package. Surety and insurance companies must have an AM Best rating of A-10 or greater, be listed in the Federal Registry of Companies holding Certificates of Authority and Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds, be licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the State of Georgia. Contractor must have minimum Worker’s Comp and General Liability Insurance in full force and effect. The City of Ringgold will require certification for contractor that this requirement has been met. Each Respondent shall submit with its proposal a copy of current Business License &/or Occupational Tax Certificate issued in the state it resides. The City of Ringgold reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary.
