The proposed project consists of an inspection of the existing two anaerobic digesters and their associated equipment, namely: primary and secondary digester concrete, floating digester cover and combination floating/gas-holder digester cover, gas safety equipment associated with both the primary and secondary digesters, and waste gas burner; associated work to put each digester back in operation; and other miscellaneous items of work.
