SOQ ERO DO #75-F-6-22/23 - Stormwater Management Maintenance
Carroll County Bureau of Resource Management is inviting contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide construction and maintenance services under a requirement contract basis. The County’s requirement contract allows for services on an as-needed basis not to exceed $200,000 per project. The County will contract with up to five contractors, overall between the two categories, for a one-year period with the possibility of four (4) one-year options available based on fiscal availability and good performance.
