RFP ERO DO #11-F-7-22/23 - Construction Services for the Citizen Services COVE Building Conference Room

The County Commissioners of Carroll County (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) are inviting qualified General Contractors to submit proposals for construction services for the demolition and renovations to construct a Conference/Training Room within the existing therapy pool and mechanical room of the COVE Building The site is located at 115 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157 Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Bureau of Building Construction prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project as stated. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening. Application forms are available for download from the Bureau of Engineering webpage.
