The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Department of Land and Resource Management, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for the Sun Valley II Stormwater Management Facility Retrofit Project. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms must be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of ten (10) days in advance of the bid opening. Application forms are available for download from the Bureau of Engineering webpage .
