Little Kidwell Avenue Extension New Roadway Construction

Project: Little Kidwell Avenue Extension New Road Construction, for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. The site is located on undeveloped right-of-way adjacent to 110 Vincit Street, Centreville, MD 21617. The Work consists of the new construction of approximately five hundred twenty-three linear feet (523 lf) of closed section bituminous concrete roadway with Portland cement concrete curb/gutter, sidewalk and stormdrain over graded aggregate base and compacted subgrade. Additionally, the Work includes the installation of Filterra bioretention systems, street trees and peripheral demolition, drive entrance and site grading improvements.
