The City of Muskegon is finalizing the update of its Master Plan and is in search for
services to provide renderings/illustrations to go along with the content. The plan is
being done inhouse by the Planning Department and is expected to be presented to the
City Commission in June of this year.
The City anticipates the need for about 15-20 drawings/illustrations. The Master Plan
will include a section on each individual neighborhood within the City and staff is hoping
to provide one rendering that illustrates a potential project in each neighborhood.
