Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Ferris Park Phase 2 Improvements”. Project Manual and Drawings are available for inspection at; County Blue Reprographics 14449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144, MOKAN, 4666 Natural Bridge, St. Louis, MO 63115 and Dodge Online Planroom http://dodgeprojects.construction.com . Bidders may obtain copies of bid documents at County Blue, 1449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144 for the cost of reproduction. Bid documents are also posted on the City’s website at www.ballwin.mo.us and searching Bids in the “How Do I” box from the front page (this may not be active on August 27). The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
