NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids for the 2022 Accessible Ramp Improvements will be received by the City of Chesterfield Department of Public Services, 690 Chesterfield Pkwy W, Chesterfield, Missouri, 63017-0760 until 10:00 a.m. (prevailing central time) on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of sidewalk removal and replacement, pavement replacement, seeding, property restoration and other incidental work. The awarded Contractor shall have 45 days from the date of Notice to Proceed to complete the project.

This activity is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant funds pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. All applicable federal regulations shall be in full force and effect.
