The County owns and
operates a group of thirty-one (31) fixed and towable engine-generators to provide backup electrical power for county operations throughout its service area. County has developed a set of specifications for work to be conducted by Contractor to help keep the engine-generators ready for reliable service in the event of the need for temporary power production. The result of this bid will be a Term and Supply contract to provide this work for the period April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 with four, one-year renewal periods.
Bidders may return paper copy bid responses to the Purchasing Department, or submit bid responses using the IonWave electronic procurement platform.
In the IonWave electronic bid, print the paper copy of the bid found under the Attachments tab, complete the Response Form (pages 15-18), Work Authorization and attach backup proof of enrollment (pg. 20) (or if no employees, complete Certification of Individual Bidder And Affidavit), Certification Regarding Debarment, Prior Experience, then scan and upload attachments in the "Response Attachments" section.
