The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, develop, and host a new website for Chapel Hill Public Library.
Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on April 3, 2023. Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager at zalam@townofchapelhill.org .

Questions concerning this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. on March 23, 2023 to Meeghan Rosen via e-mail at mrosen@townofchapelhill.org . All responses to submitted questions will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by March 28, 2022.
The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject all proposals for any reason or no reason and to accept the proposal most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
