Request for Proposal / Recovery Friendly Workplace Certification Read on

Forsyth County is seeking Proposals from qualified consultants to assist in developing a “Recovery Friendly Workplace Certification” program. The Recovery Friendly Workplace Certification Program will address workplace culture and stigma, policies, and training and education around creating a recovery inclusive workplace and integrating employers into the recovery ecosystem. The consultant will work with a group of individuals who have lived experience of substance use disorder, as well as with a group of business people, to come up with the curriculum that will be used. The consultant will be leading this participatory program in identifying needs and developing possible strategies for our business community to hire, support, and retain individuals in recovery who are vital to our workforce.
