The elevators the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center have reached the end of their useful life and require modernization. It is anticipated that the project will include, but not necessarily limited to, cab finish replacement, new braking and safety systems, new controllers and drives, replacement of worn-out door components, and updates to meet current elevator code.
