Notice is hereby given that the City of Grand Forks is requesting proposals for consulting services to conduct a Citywide Employee Classification and Compensation Study and Analysis.

Proposals shall be in accordance with Proposal Documents prepared by the City of Grand Forks. A copy of the Proposal Documents will be made available by emailing tbouvette@grandforksgov.com or calling 701-746-2718. Questions should also be directed via email to Tangee Bouvette, Director of Human Resources, City of Grand Forks.

Proposals will be emailed to tbouvette@grandforksgov.com no later than 3 pm CST on November 1, 2022. Any proposals received after the scheduled time will not be considered. It is the consultant’s responsibility to confirm receipt of proposal.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or portions thereof, to waive informalities or irregularities in proposals received, and to accept that proposal which appears to be in the best interests of the City of Grand Forks. The City shall incur no legal liability or obligation until a contract is awarded and approved by the appropriate authorities.
