NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs)
The City Council of the City of Minot, North Dakota, has issued a call for proposals for the sale and renovation of a building and property located at 103 4th Avenue NW commonly called the Home Sweet Home. The approved applicant will renovate the property to a standard acceptable to the North Dakota State Historic Preservation Office. Details of some of the work to be performed are found in the RFP and supporting information. All proposals are due Friday, November 4, 2022, at noon in the Community Development Department at 1025 31st St SE, Minot.
