UNMC is partnering with the City of Omaha to construct public improvements west of Saddle Creek Road to expand UNMC’s campus while improving the surrounding public roadways. The improvements will follow City of Omaha Standard Specification and have been designed by Olsson, FHU, and Benesch.

The project generally consists of new Sanitary Sewer, Sewer Rehabilitation work, Storm Sewer, Paving, and Transmission Duct Bank Construction. Reference overall site plan exhibit for project extents.
