The University of Nebraska (“University”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for architectural and engineering (AE) design services to assist the Program Manager and the University in program development, planning, cost evaluation, design, and construction administration of the development and construction of renovations to Memorial Stadium, located on the city campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The Scope of the work is more completely described in the BOR approved Program Summary attached as part of this RFQ.
