The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified private firm to provide the City with FY 2023 WATER CURB VALVE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM. The firm must not have defaulted on any federal, state, or local government contract within the past five (5) years. The firm must be licensed in the business of water valve replacement within the State of NH and be in good standing.
