ADDENDUM NO. 2

Addendum No. 2 has been issued for the bid pertaining to Food Service and Food Service Management

CONTRACT #: JCC-0021-23 for the County of Somerset, on May 8, 2023 and has been delivered as an

electronic transmission to all eligible vendors who have received the Request for Proposal.

Copies of Addendum No. 2 may be seen or procured at the following location: County of Somerset,

Administration Building, Purchasing Division, 20 Grove Street, Somerville, New Jersey 08876 during regular

business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or on the Somerset County website at

www.co.somerset.nj.us.

TO ALL CONCERNED:

The original bid package for the above referenced project is amended as noted in Addendum No.1.

From: Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 3:30 PM

To: Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 1:30 PM

CONCERNING BID SPECIFICATIONS:

Question #1: Please clarify the requirement for the amount of protein by grams for the current population

based on the RDA for 2023. Is milk considered part of the 8 oz of protein?

Answer #1: Milk is not considered back of the 8 oz of protein.

Question #2: There are many food preferences not diets, who is the current medical provider?

Answer #2: The current medical provider is CFG Health Systems, LLC.

Question #3: Can we get a copy of the last health inspection?

Answer #3: Please see attachment.

Question #4: Do you have a current staff menu? If so, please provide.

Answer #4: There is no current menu for staff meals.
