Social Services and Behavioral Health Services for FY24 RFP

The City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services, hereby requests for proposals from Non-Profit or Governmental Agencies for Social Services and Behavioral Health Services for Fiscal Year 2024. This request for proposals is funded by the City of Albuquerque and is focused on providing behavioral health and support services for low to moderate income and persons who are precariously housed. Service areas include:

1. Supportive Housing and Case Management for Persons who have a Behavioral Health Diagnosis and are Experiencing Homelessness or are Precariously Housed
2. Support Services for the Persons Experiencing Homelessness
3. Crisis Services to Children who have been Abused, Neglected, and Abandoned
4. Food Distribution Services to Persons Experiencing Homelessness and/or of Low to Moderate Income
5. Provide Behavioral Health Services to the Urban Native American Indian Population
6. School-Based Substance Use Outpatient Treatment Services for Middle School-Age Youth
7. Case Management for Persons who have a Behavioral Health Diagnosis and are Experiencing Homelessness or are Precariously Housed specific to the City/County Community Connections Program

Respondents must submit their proposals no later than 11:00 p.m. local time, Sunday, November 27, 2022, and must be submitted online through the City’s Bonfire portal at: https://cabq.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities . In order to submit, responders must be registered in the Bonfire system. Registration takes some time to complete. It is recommended responders register in advance of proposal submission. Completed proposals including all forms and attachments must be submitted using the eProcurement System at cabq.bonfirehub.com . Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to submit your proposal. If you do not have a username and password, please register on Bonfire using this link. This is the only avenue available to submit proposals.
