The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Athletic Commission (Commission) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Medical Records Review and Research Services related to unarmed combat services. The Commission is responsible for reviewing medical records, both pre-fight and post-fight, for its licensed unarmed combatants, or those wishing to apply for a license as an unarmed combatant (e.g., professional boxers, kickboxers and mixed martial artists). The Commission is seeking to contract with a licensed (in the State of Nevada) physician to provide medical records review and patient referrals, as well as to conduct research on medical matters associated with the sport of unarmed combat. The contract will be for a 4 years term. See attached documentation for full details and instructions.
