About the Project
The City of Rochester is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide an Officer Assistance Program ("OAP") Which will include the two following types of services to the Rochester Police Department members.
Confidential Officer Assistance Program and Critical Incident Stress Management Team Program.
