Public Notice

The Klamath County District Attorney’s Office seeks proposals from qualified person/persons to provide Prosecution Support Services.

Questions pertaining to the scope of work should be directed to the Klamath County District Attorney’s Office.

Sealed proposals marked Prosecution Support Services shall be received by the Contract and Risk Manager no later than 10:00 a.m., May 24, 2023 at the address listed on the front page of the RFP. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier or hand-delivered or emailed to lbarlow-hunter@co.klamath.or.us For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager. Late proposals shall not be accepted.

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.
