The Intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor for the repair of the Cedar Creek Vehicular bridge in Cedar Creek Park. This project involves the repair of the foundation/abutments of the vehicular bridge over Cedar Creek located approximately 150’ west of North Ott Street in Cedar Creek Park in the City of Allentown. Nearest street address is 2661 Parkway Blvd. This is a 22’ long bridge within Cedar Creek Park that is closed to vehicles and currently serves pedestrians and bicyclists.
