Price to cover quarterly visits consisting of the following: Inspect and service the folding partitions of the Skyline and Conference room 405/407. The purpose of this agreement is meant to prolong the partitions lifespan, mechanical function and limit priority service visits. Work is as Follows: Inspect and Lubricate track and Trolleys; Adjust Pendant Bolts and Lock nuts; Adjust all Panels (9); Inspect and Adjust Drop seals (Manual Crank); Inspect and Adjust Panel closer system (expandable); Inspect and Adjust Pass Doors and Related Hardware; Reattach Loose Sound Sweeps; Inspect and Adjust Pocket Doors (Type II Active Bolt); Price to Include Minor In-Stock Parts;
